How is the course structured?

All program content is provided upfront for you to work through at your own pace.

Each module includes one or more video trainings plus a workbook to teach, coach and guide you through all the steps you need to take to create a life that feels extraordinary. 

Then there's the weekly group coaching call (via zoom every Thursday at 10am ET/ 3pm UK time) where you can come to explore anything stopping your life from feeling the way you want it to.  

All the calls are recorded so you can watch them over and over again and catch up on any that you miss.

In addition, daily support is provided via a private Facebook Group.

And you have lifetime access to all of it - so as what you want and need from life changes, the program can support you to make it happen.

(We also dive into people pleasing and perfectionism as part of this module - what are they, how do they arise and how do you overcome them). 

 

CONFIDENCE AND SELF BELIEF

Get actionable tools you can use for building confidence and self belief so you know your worth, feel comfortable in your own skin and can create the life you want and deserve.

 

COMPARISON AND JUDGEMENT

We look at why we judge and compare and dig into overcoming your fears of judgement from others.

This module will help you to stop judging and comparing yourself to others. To do things YOUR way without worrying what everyone (anyone) else will think.

HAVING DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS

Conflict avoiders - this one is for you! I give you my formula for having difficult conversations with anyone in a productive way that leaves you feeling good.

 

HOW TO HAVE YOUR IDEAL WEEK

Understand what your ideal week looks like and how make it a reality (this module also looks at managing your energy and self care).

 

THE WHAT NEXT

Then we bring it all together and ensure you have a clear plan for sustaining your extraordinary life.

 

Also included within this program are bonus classes and materials on topics including money, wellbeing, thriving during the holidays and all things body image. And every time a new class is created you get exclusive access to the live training and will then be able to watch the recording at your leisure as and when it becomes pertinent in the future.

Who am I?

I spent over a decade working as a tax lawyer.

Life looked great on paper, but felt anything but.

I was stressed, burnt out and miserable and didn't have a clue what I could do about it.

I tried changing roles and moving companies, but the same issues followed me wherever I went.

I pushed myself until I was signed off work with stress in October 2018. That gave me the kick I needed to tackle everything stopping me from having a life that felt good.

Over the last few years I have done the work to figure out what caused all that and learnt exactly how to unravel it so I could live a life and run a business that not only looked good, it felt good too.

I have invested in life coaches, business coaches and a trauma coach as well as completing a diploma in transformational coaching practice, training in positive intelligence, Human Design and a certification in trauma healing work.

I have coached dozens of clients for over 1000 hours and has been accredited by the International Coach Federation to be at Professional Coach certification standard.

This work and experience forms the basis of this program.
